I’m here to help you get faster, more confident, and as prepared as possible for your goals. We’ll explore proven methodologies to positively impact overall fitness, to expand your ranges of physical capacity, and your fatigue to be managed. On race day, you’ll be tapered, feeling fresh, and ready to leave it all out there. Training Session

Designed for the cyclist new to coaching or training with power-based metrics. This is a 90-minute in-person visit at the Lab or chat via ZOOM. This critical step will help you learn the importance, technique, and systems of training with power.During the session, we’ll look at your position on the bike, find ways to make you more comfortable, and you’ll complete a 60 on-the-bike power profile test.
- Lean the fundamentals of power based training
- Set-up, manage, and sync all your partner integrations (TrainingPeaks, Strava, Zwift, Wahoo, Garmin, Etc.)
- Practice using your Computer with TrainingPeaks
- Get comfortable with terms like FTP, TSS, CTL, VO2, and learn the basics of navigating your Training Peaks account
- We’ll also leave time to address any concerns you have and make sure you’ll leave feeling confident.
