My experience comes from 25 years of competitive, professional sport. My reference point comes from success (and failure…which I don’t really believe in) through cycling, running, triathlon, climbing, and the less competitive practice of yoga and meditation.

We train hard...
...but we recover harder. I believe that training is much more than cranking out a prescribed workout via a powermeter. Training happens all day, every day, and your only limitations are the ones you impose upon yourself.
